Section Description
There are several utilities included with the Windows Stock System to help manage your projects. These are found under the Recipe menu, in utilities.Steps
| Import Class Project |
This utility allows you to import recipes from the Student Recipe System.
1. Insert the floppy disk containing exported recipes from the Student Recipe System into the floppy drive.
2. Click on View Disk. The list box in the middle should now display the projects/ recipes hhat had been exported to the disk.
3. If you would like to automatically schedule the projects/ recipes as you import them, keep the Automatically Schedule checkbox ticked. Enter in the Scheduling Options if applicable, tick the project/ recipes that these options apply to, and then click on Import.
4. Repeat these steps untill all projects/ recipes on the disk have been imported.

| Rename Project |
This utility allows you to change the subject or description of a project / recipe while also updating the project code so that it has the correct prefix and description.

| Delete Old Schedule |
This utility deletes all scheduled projects / recipes that were scheduled before the start of the Default School Start Date (defined in Tools | Options).
| Update All Project Costs |
This utility updates the total costs of all project / recipes in the database. You have to exit the system when this routine is finished.
| Delete and Replace |
This utility allows you to select an item that you no longer wish to use, replace every occurrence of it in the Centre and Project / Recipe files with a new selected item and then delete it. This is handy if there is an outdated item in the stock database and you wish to delete it and replace it with an item that is more suitable for you.
