LanWest provides ongoing training for all our school software. The different courses cover the following topics.   It is highly recommended for all staff using our software to at least have completed our Level 1 User Course. Our classes are very flexible and we are happy to move faster or slower, depending on your computing skills and previous experience with our software.  Please contact us on (08) 9440 3033 to book a time for you to attend a course.   We are happy to run courses on any day that suits you.

Level 1 User Course (2 hours)
Logging in, Adding Teachers, Subjects, Stock items and Suppliers, Adding a Recipe/Project, Scheduling Projects, Calculating ingredients, Creating an Order,  Backing Up Data, Indexing Files.

Level 2 User Course (4 hours)
Using General Ledgers, Maintaining Centres, Doing a Stock-take, Maintaining Accounts, Maintenance Module.

Maintenance Module
Installation, School Details, Operation Setup Screens, Backing Up Data, Restoration of Data, Indexing Files.

Student Recipe User Course (2 hours)
Installation & login, Exporting from Stock, Importing to Student Recipe, Adding recipes, Exporting individual recipes, exporting class recipes, Importing into Stock System, Indexing Files.

  P = Afternoon 1.30 - 3.30

Non member $100 per non member / course
20% discount with 4 or more people from the same school.
